Prepurchase Home Inspections — For the person purchasing an existing home, who wants to be informed about the property they are considering buying. Also you will learn about maintaining the property and servicing the installed equipment.
 
Pre-Listing Inspections –- This Type of inspections will allow you to see you home as potential buyers will see it. You will find out if there are any conditions that will affect the sale of the property.
 
Final Walk Through Inspections – For New Home Buyers. This is to ensure that all systems of the home are in good working order and that the home is properly finished.
 
End of Warranty Inspections — To make sure everything is in good order before the builders responsibility ends.
 
Home Check-Up — Give the home a good check-up to identify any repair and maintenance issues. If you anticipate the future sale of your home, a check-up will identify what a prospective buyer might see.
 
Radon Testing — Determine the radon level in your house or the house you are considering purchasing. The test normally takes three days and results are available one day later.
 
Mold Sampling– Determine the types of mold, if any, that are present in your home.  Then, try to determine where the mold is growing and the water source that is helping it to grow.

Report Method

I use an ASHI approved 17 page report which provides a logical path and prevents missed items.  Reports include digital photos of maintenance items or safety issues.  Reports can be faxed, e-mailed or sent by U.S. postal service within 24 hours of your inspection.  Report method follows the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  Report areas include:
