Providing Home Inspection Services for Northern Virginia
For over 26 years I have born primary responsibility for the main repair and remodeling of the homes my family and I have lived in. As the mother of six children, I have a keen understanding of what is needed to ensure the safety and maintenance of my home.
As your home inspector, the knowledge, skills and insights I have gained from more than two decades of home repair and remodeling will serve you well. I am easy to work with, fully-trained and detail-oriented. I will identify the home safety and maintenance issues critical to your important home buying decision.
My Company
I look forward to serving you, SiteCheck Home Inspect, LLC is owned by Merilee Sine and located in the northern Virginia area. I will perform quality Home Inspections anywhere in the Northern Virginia area including the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Fauquier, Loudoun, Warren, Clark, Frederick, and northern Stafford.
I realize that often things move quickly with real estate transactions. I always try to accommodate your busy schedule with the timing of your inspection. I do inspections six days a week, Monday–Saturday. I prefer doing inspections during the day to take advantage of sunlight, but I can often work with you for evening inspections. Please realize that in order to perform a thorough inspection of the property and provide you with a proper report, the inspection normally takes between two and four hours.
Call (703) 655-8024 to schedule your inspection. Or fill in a “Request a Quote” from this website and submit it. You will hear back from me within 24 hours.
